Accommodation in Nubra Valley

MEAL RATE:

• Breakfast:
  INR 1,000/-per person (Stone Hedge)
  INR 700/-per person (Organic & Dunes)
• Lunch: INR 1,000/- per person
• Dinner: INR 1,500/- per person

ADDITIONAL BED:

• For additional bed 40% extra.
• Not more than 3 adult with an extra bed and 1 infant per room is allowed.
• Single rooms will cost 10 % less on the price of double.
• 15 days or less prior to date of arrival 100% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fee.
• Cancellation of any confirmed booking prior to 15 days from the date of booking will be charged 25%.

COMMISSION/DISCOUNT:

• TAC is applicable only on EP and CP.
• No TAC/Discount shall be provided on Lunch, Dinner, Extra Food and any other services. provided by hotel.
• Local rate is applicable to any firm registered in Leh and Kargil.
• No refunded shall be provided for unexpected departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 15 days prior to date of arrival, 25% of total bill will be charged.
• 14-8 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of total bill will be charged.
• 7 days or less prior to date, of arrival 100% of total bill will be charged.

CHILD POLICY

• Children below 6 years of age are allowed to stay with parents without extra bed on complimentary basis.
• Children between 5-12 years without bed will have to pay 20% of the double occupancy rate.

CREDIT POLICY

• Selected travel agents will have maximum credit of maximum 1 lacs for the maximum period of 30 days.
• Group booking without advance payments of minimum 25% will be considered as cancelled 15 days prior to the booking date.

PAYMENT, TAX AND CREDITS

• Reservation can be done on e-mail and phone, but the confirmation will be given only after receiving a minimum 25% total amount in advance.
• 25% advance required for confirmed booking.
• 100% of the payment to be cleared before checking out. We don’t entertain credit request.
• Rate are inclusive of GST, we strictly don’t entertain non-GST bill request.
